This is an awesome thread. Having the tune up part #'s saved my bacon. NAPA couldn't look the stuff up but it was in stock when I supplied the #'s. Thanks!

King Pin Kit for my 1949 KB-3 1 Ton Truck. Might fit other K and KB trucks but check size!!
These king pins are .860" in diameter and 5.45" long.
AutoZone has them under part number K141R but here is a part number cross-over list that might be useful too. Once I found this I had a MUCH easier time finding the king pins. I paid about $72 with tax.

Here is the cross-over list;

Here is a picture of what comes in the kit. Very useful!

Sorry for the delay as I did not see your question regarding the front drums. I believe that the lugs are sweged into the front drums. I didn't need fronts and don't know if the front drums are the same minus the lugs. Another more knowing member can probably help you out.

Intake/Exhaust Manifold Thick Washers

Round thick, hardened washers used to hold the intake/exhaust manifold to the block. These are NOT the odd shaped ones.
IHC part #127507H or #400877R1. While there are a few places selling them under these numbers they are very expensive at $6+ for each washer plus postage. Some are not exact replacements too.

After much searching I found an exact replacement.
These are .875" OD with a .406" hole diameter and are .188" thick. Sometimes also listed as 7/8" X 13/32" X 3/16".
They are available from MSC under Gibraltar #74213646 for $1.62 each
