47 kb-1 oil filter canister to block ?

I am rebuilding my 1947 international kb-1. While doing so everyone's input here has made the work I have done much more well informed.

Here's my newest question. Where is the output and input connectors from the block to the oil filter holder/canister?

I thought there were two fittings in line with eachother between the distributor and starter. However, I found I found the two points connected. I'm gathering that either I have the wrong spot or the previous owner made an oil filter bypass. I have attached a picture.

thanks for the help

Not supposed to be that way.. The top port goes to the filter inlet, the bottom port is the drain to the oil pan

If you can't fix it with a hammer, it's an electrical problem

Thank you. I was :bashhead: if the connectors were in the back of the motor.
