I am looking for the small one with the International insigna on it. This is the one with 2 mounting points thru the hood.
I have 1 of the larger ones that wrap around the hood in case someone needed one of those.
I have already got the hood painted otherwise I would fill in the 2 holes and use what I have.

You have a few options. 3D printing is one of the options. There are many affordable CNC milling machines on the market. If you can and more importantly, want to, you could buy an affordable milling machine and manually turn out badges and trim.
I have made a few IHC badges. It is just time in. The feeling of accomplishment is great.

You would be the first person I would think you could do the deed. I have been a person without much patience. I learned to slow myself down as I relaxed at my milling machine. You know better than anyone what is best for you.
