I found an exact match for the original seat fabric for my 1949 KB-3 at SMS Auto Fabrics.

They are a great find! I found the exact match for a vinyl top replacement on my 75 Ford Elite a couple of years ago. i don't know what their sources are, but it's great for us!

I never liked the OEM upholstery material. After a few sunny day trips the material starts to smell like old farts. I always had the seats reupholstered with cloth. My R120 seats got a GM material on the seats and doors.
