T5 transmission swap
Been watching the swap on Hagerty with a 46 Ford. It always looks easy on YouTube.
Anyone here done this? Will it work?

Might be a solution for better drive ability and highway speed. Thoughts?

You didn't say into what, but I assume a K-1 buy your signature.
Can it be done? sure, is it bolt in? no. You'll have to work out the bellhousing/clutch end, no "kit" I am aware of.
Whether and how much it will help highway speeds depends on ratio and power available. Far too many swaps are done on a hope and a prayer that the result will be what they want. DO THE MATH! find out what the engine can pull at what speed now, work out what it will be with the new ratios, sometimes you can afford to loose a little reduction in the bottom end, other times you can not.
If the engine doesn't have the power to push the metal through the air at speed, what ratio is beside the point. Taller overall ratio means nothing if there isn't the power to match. Air resistance goes up with the square of velocity
