Well, I am almost finished with my two year rebuild of my KB2 1949 Pickup. However, I just cracked the glass in the driver's door; I removed it from the door, but I don't know how to remove the glass from the lower channel. Any idea? Thanks for your help.

If the lower channel on your "K" truck is like the newer L&R, you can drive the lower channel off with a piece of hard wood and a hammer. The glass setting rubber tape is all that holds the glass in the channel. A light spray of WD40 on the setting tape will make getting the glass in so much easier. The WD40 reacts with the rubber tape and swells up before it evaporates.
A trip through a sand-blaster should clean up the channels. Follow this up with a coat of RUSTOLEUM.
