Before you go and slather a bunch of shyte on the new gasket, it might be a good idea to follow the recommendation of the gasket maker.
If this were my engine I would be calling
https://arp-bolts.com/ and converting to studs. The original head-bolts have suffered hundreds, if not thousands of heat cycles and will have become brittle and at risk of breaking. It is the stretch of the bolt or stud that will keep the head tight. The OEM bolts may not be able to stretch without breaking.
DO NOT do the stupid thing and use grade eight(8) bolts. the threads in the block are not strong enough to hold while the grade eight fastener is tightened enough to stretch.
