KB lower radiator hose?

Has anyone run across a replacemenf hose for a KB5 truck. It is a pretty standard looking 90degree hose but the ends are different sizes on thd water pump and radiator.

Hopefully someone has info, I have seen folks take the larger size and "insert" a smaller section into the end that connects to the water pump. Not Ideal but can work as long as all is tight and sealed.

Just be sure to buy a throw away straight one that has the collapsing spring inside and pull it out and put it in the one for the truck. It will help with the collapsible corner on the lower hose.
