GRD-214 oil filter canister mount

Hi

I am working to track down an oil leak and in the process have removed the Deluxe oil filter canister from the mounting bracket. A few questions:

Anything I need to know about the head bolts holding the mounting bracket to the engine (GRD214). Thinking it will be easier to remove it, re-install the Deluxe canister, and then bolt it back to the engine.

Or if better not to remove head bolts. What is the head size of the bolts holding the “U” brackets to the canister mount? Area is too tight to see and they want to spin as I thread the bolt. These are the 4 bolts holding the 2 “U” mount brackets.

do not remove just some head bolts and re-tighten, May seal OK or head gasket may fail, not advised,

I have head gaskets in Washington state if you need one after messing with it.

oops delete post I now see he was taking about headbolts.

I will leave the head bolts alone and try to go about this another way. Thanks for the advice.
