Hood Latch Adjustment

I just finish putting my front end on and I need to make adjustments so the hood will completely lock.

Thanks for the help!

Re: Hood Latch Adjustment

Just loose or tighten the large triangle headed bolt with the spring, at the nose of the hood. It will extend or tighten the reach of the bolt to connect to the catch plate.

Re: Hood Latch Adjustment

you also may need to move receiver plate a little bit in the grill housing, there is play if you loosen but don't remove screws,

hood can be flexed a little to side to side,
