I would rather have tools I do not need than to need tools I do not have

Re: xxxxxx

I have a couple of small plastic gas tanks that I use to troubleshoot gas delivery problems. Or, initial start up on cars that have not been running for a while. Start at the carb with the substitute tank. If it runs that way, then hook it up to the input side of the pump. Trouble shooting by substitution.

When your done, don't leave the substitute tank elevated above the carb. The carb can possibly leak gas into the crankcase.
