1944 M24 1 ton

I have a 1944 International M24 that I have just restored. Does anyone know what KB cab that actually is? The one I have has the solid steel cab, not the cut off version. It is a 1 ton. And also I'm trying to find the rear brake wheel cylinders which thus far has been impossible. I just rebuilt the ones I have to make do. Thanks for any help.

if the doors are squared off" at the bottom it is the small truck cab, if rounded it is the -6 and up cab.
