I have no personal experience with this series truck (and maybe I should just stop there), but robertkb48 used to insist that there was enough variation in the location of the holes in the cab, that it made buying a headliner with pre-punched holes a crapshoot. This may be especially true when comparing US-built to Canadian-built trucks.

Jackjilli has a good reputation here.

^^^agreed^^^,
I bought Jackjilli door skins for my L-112 and pre-punched holes were too big and not dead on to holes in doors,

headliner for it was same, holes didn't line up,

interestingly on my panel you could still see the grease pen or chalk they used to mark where to put holes in body for headliner, so they weren't machine punched accurately, done by hand,

I wonder if you can order the liners not punched and do it yourself?

I think all of the headliners may come from repops in Arkansas but you can't buy from them. I just installed a new headliner in my R150 and as already said, all the holes did not lineup. I installed the retainers that aligned, all but four, and then drilled new holes in the cab to match the ones in the headliner. Worked out ok but kind of a hassle. The directions even said that they may not all line up.
At least have fun

On my S-120, we drilled new holes in the metal to match the holes in the cardboard and reused the stock clips. I have two K-Series headliners that I couldn't make work on my prior trucks. I am going to fill in all the holes with epoxy and repaint them and then make new holes to match the holes in the sheet metal of my KB-5 and KB-3 dually. Stickman 207
