Frantic search for parts

ok, I have gotten almost all the parts I need, except for 2 last items.

1.) The round rubber bumpers for the clutch and brake pedals that lock into the floor pan. I only need 1.
2.) The bottom door adjuster assembly. Once again, I only need 1.

I would be rather generous if someone has a spare of each one in good to decent, usable condition.

I also would welcome any leads on where I might find decent, usable ones. I have exhausted all my resources for these.
