Cylinder Head Needed

I just pulled the head off my 1948 International KB-5 with the 233 Green Diamond Engine. Something, somewhere along the way knocked a large hole in the head over the number one cylinder. I need a replacement head. The number I found on the head is 142963H and it is located on the drivers side of the head between the number 5 & 6 cylinders. There is a casting number near the front of the head that reads 2 7 P. Above these numbers is a large X.

Never post email addresses or ph. numbers in "plain language" unless you want them all over the web.

EJ, you might try emailing this member (highlight his name) back almost a year ago he had a complete running motor: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=523
Also this member had at least one core 233 motor, Not much time left before he has to "clean" house: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=831

EJ, I just talked to Tom Underwood. He has 3 NOS heads for a green diamond engine. Give him a call and let him know I sent you. Do an Internet search for. Parts of the past

Re: Cylinder Head Needed

I contacted Tom Underwood and he had the cylinder head that I needed in stock. He sold it to me and even shipped it before I paid him. As soon as I got his invoice I mailed him a check. It's not often that you run into anyone with that much trust in a complete stranger.

EJ, I told Tom you were a good guy and to work with you. Tom and I go back quite a few years, more on the tractor items, but lately around the KB stuff. He is a good man and a good friend of mine. period.
