Wonderful job. And to think I might have thought you were just another pretty face. :D The paint looks fantastic on your truck. This goes-to-show, grey paint can look really good.
I would rather have tools I do not need than to need tools I do not have

While this hoist is not exactly a new invention, the repurposed materials satisfied the necessity.

The grey is based on the Chesapeake grey offered for the ‘51 trucks. This version is a PPG automotive version called Light Slate. At shows I get remarks that it looks like primer with clear coat to battleship grey. However, it always seems to get very positive remarks and astonishment that grey could look so good. Maybe it’s because I’m keyed into this grey color, but it seems that grey is an up and coming color automotively. I certainly notice it more often.
