Yep Jon. New Windows everywhere. Makes a huge difference. The weatherstrip is great except for one window where it doesn't quite fit as tight. Thinking about pulling it out and putting some of the cement glue in the space to help it stay. Going to wait until it warms up here a little bit. Helps the contact cement dry faster and better. bought the window and all my door trimmings and seals from classictechcars on ebay.

Re: Out with the old....
Thanks for the info, I need to replace most of my side glass, I have a bunch of old pieces I took from another Travelall,
the rubber was hard as a rock in that one, mine look like it might come out OK.
does the new rubber have the clearance for the metal channeling and does it allow the side windows to slide open like original?
Thanks.
Ps. I watched your truck's ad for some time before you bought it, was too far away, but tempting,,,

Replacing window rubber
No. No cut out for water to glow through like original. I wish I had pre-drilled a space for it. So when it rains here, as it often does, the water gets inside Jenny. That's why I opted to take the carpet out and varnish the floor. Yes, it does have channels for windows to slide open and closed. I couldn't pass it up either when I saw it. Just glad that the wife got on board with the purchase. I've always wanted a panel/wagon/SUV pre 70's!

I will probably order those window rubbers when I get to that point,
I have a thing for these, I had 3 in the driveway,
Now I just have one I'm working on,

Re: Out with the old....
There is one '52 T'all left in the 'hood. I called the owner this morning to remind him that I have a place in my heart for his Travelall. He has been thinking about doing something with "it" and he promised me first refusal. This doesn't give me anything more than a little hope. His T'all is in dry storage and it needs lots of work.
I would rather have tools I do not need than to need tools I do not have
Re: Out with the old....
Nikkinuthsop, I hope your buddy let's you have it. Even if for a small fee. And Jon that's a serious habit. But I hope you at least got parts off them, a la Frankenstein style, before selling them off. And what year is the one you're keeping. 56? 57?
