Beautiful work. Final assembly can be very enjoyable. I just love that new truck smell; fresh paint and leather. I’m enjoying seeing your project come together.

A while ago you mention the power tire pumps on your vehicles ( 6 speeds )...on the " O " type trans (1929)..are there any spacer/adapter plates because it seems that the pump is not a direct bolt up....no room on bellhousing ....Great job when the project complete...

I have a plate on both sides of the transmission, one side is for the pump and the other is for the PTO adapter.

I am not sure what the 1929 models would have, I know they have an improved transmission so Maybe it was deleted in those models.

First Car show, loved it. The lot was completely overflowing with cars by the end.

Well, I forgot to post my issue with "having trouble keeping it running".

Turns out, I was missing the little spark enhancer. I hade three mechanics assist in troubleshooting the running issue. The engine would only start and run with 12 volts to the plugs, I couldn't get it to start easily or run smooth on 6 volts. I put 12 volts to the starter as informed by one mechanic and broke the starter return spring, costly repair. I put 12 volts through the system with negative ground and fried the generator, also a costly rebuild to a working generator. I ended up with a 6 volt batterie and 12 volt batterie for the coil to get the truck safetied in order to get it plated.

The whole time it was missing the condenser, which was attached to the outside of the coil originally. I had some computer problems and lost a whole pile of pictures of the before teardown to review on reassemble of the truck. The Model T buffs here, solved it for me. It was the first thing they were looking for, old mechanics verses todays parts swappers.

It runs like a charm now, I have driven it about 20 km before winter storage and enjoyed it.

Its been quite the learning curve, all worth it when my grandson gets in and loves the rides.

Thank you to all those who helped along the way, wouldn't have gotten here without your help.

I love this site, it has given me so many resources to even tackle this project. Thanks to all.
