If you remove the throttle shaft which runs through the block do you need to plug the openings or does a tube run through there. Thanks

The throttle shaft is loose in the block and it cannot seal anything from leaking. Nothing will leak out if the hole is left open.
I would rather have tools I do not need than to need tools I do not have
