When I was about 8 years old, my dad, my brother and I took a similar camping and fishing trip with his '52 L-110. He had 1"x12" sideboards on the bed to advertise the family business, and the tarp kept the elements at bay overnight. For an 8-year-old kid, that was a big adventure! I don't remember if we caught any fish or not, but I remember Dad cooking breakfast with his Coleman stove on the tailgate.

I don't either, but Grandmas PB&J on the tailgate was the icing on the cake

And this is what I was ( or Felt ) greeted with as I drove back into Idaho Falls,
and no its is not a cut and paste job , took it with my Iphone and drew a circle around the jets leaving the air base in the distance,
nice end to a nice trip...
