On that water pump leak. Do any of the mounting bolts go through into the water jacket. If so you will need rtv on the bolt threads. Its easy to miss .
Sorry : I now see its at the hose.

Had my little gal helping me for a short while. The grinder was "too loud"

I have ordered all the necessary paints and what not to finish this thing off. I am hopeful to do just that here in the next few months.

Wanna come work on mine next? I am in awe of all the work everyone does. I have a big 30x30 brick shop(full of junk) and some tools that I could perhaps even use, and a modicum of skill, and Until it is empty and etc, etc, my stuff sits outside. Time to pull only what I want and just let it all go away, even if it did cost $32,000 dollars in O7.
You are Doing Great Work, Enjoy each update that you show!

I appreciate the comments! I too enjoy other's progress as well. Sometimes, i post an update just to get others to post them too. I like reading the updates as much as i like posting my own.

Bed is coated. With a buddy in town this evening, i'm going to run the fuel line, mount the fuel cell, run the rest of the electrical lines, and set the bed on the frame. At least that is the plan :) With any luck, i'll have a pic of the truck semi put together to post tomorrow

Tailights wired up. Front suspension tightened up and greased. I need to torque and grease the tie rod ends. I did a little redneck alignment with jack stands and string to hopefully have it good enough to get it to a shop. I think it's time for a test drive around the block

I have mirrors to install, the horn, reverse lights, license plate lights, and the last question mark is the windshield wipers. The kit i have installed just isn't going to work. So, i have another plan, but it'll take a day of messing with it to get it installed.

The maiden voyage has been taken :) A few bugs as the result, but overall, it was awesome.
