Can someone tell me if parts from a 1952 L110 will fit on a 1950 L110 Truck?
bumpers and tailgate and maybe some other parts?

Bumpers and tailgate will. As will most other parts. Cab mounts and door mounts are different, and clutch pedal arm may be, but about everything else will swap.

I am under the impression the only parts that will not interchange are the doors and cab. I would not be surprised if the internal door parts would interchange. Bedrock will be more familiar.
Good tailgates and repairable tailgates are quite valuable. The frequent rust-out on the tailgate is in the round rolled upper and lower parts. This is easily repairable with tubing. Cut the rusted tube off and weld on the replacement tube.
