Thank you Nikki.

I managed to get the pulleys parted and welded the two I wanted back together. I made a .3680” spacer from a chunk of 1/2”x4” AL flat bar.

I’ll get after the PS pump bracket next time.

Hydro booster/M/C brackets are almost done.

I made an extra bracket to attach to the studs that hold
The M/C to the booster. That brackets drops down and bolts to the frame
Rail to ensure there’s no flexing of the primary bracket at the tail end of booster (1/4” thick 3-1/2”x3-1/2” angle iron). The extra bracket is 16ga steel right now. I think I want to remake it in 10ga or so. I don’t think it’s really necessary, but considering it is the braking system I feel extra effort is not wasted.

The new M/C is plumbed to the existing braking circuits. I am left to finish the connection between the pushrod and the pedal, fit a boot to the booster where the rod attaches, and make the adapters to turn the M/C reservoir into a “remote” unit. Then plumb the Booster to the Pump and Steering box. Maybe early next year…

I like your work. I made mounts for a Bendix booster and modified the OEM pedals mount. The booster is less than a foot from the Saginaw power steering pump in our Cummins 4bta. This is in a 1952 L110 4X4.

It runs! Still some work yet to do, but making great strides.

The wedge installed on the rad frame. Works great!

A two piece 9degree wedge to tip the radiator back towards the engine.
