My wife is asking how your little inspector / assistant is doing. This reminds me of my daughter and I in the shop years ago.
I'm up to my butt in snow and more snow is coming.

I need to fab some kind of cross member support, but the frame is boxed up. I should have taken an updated pic, but the axle is sitting under the frame and ready to get put into position.

I think i am procrastinating a little bit too because this is new territory for me and i am nervous to get it right. I am researching the hec out of installing triangulated 4 links......

I love my plasma cutter. 1/4" steel like it was warm butter

I used that rectangle tube to start reinforcing the frame as I had to take out the original to box it as far as i wanted to.

OK....this weekend, i think it's time to actually burn in the 4 link

I feel like i just keep posting the same picture over and over.....but i do know there is a lot of time i am spending here with each of these updates...

I think i have all the brake mounting tabs in the right places, the support is in place. I think i'm ready to blow it apart and get it all painted up now. My next steps are:

1) Get it painted
2) Order drive shaft
3) run brake lines

Then finally time to work on the bed.

Also, from the factory, were there any kind of bushings between the bed and the frame? If so, i doubt there are repops....and i will just figure something out. But, i am curious if there were. With the beds having dump capabilities.......i am doubting there were bushings
