Re: 1949 KB2 Build

Thank you; I am on a mission to keep it original; I will start taking her apart within the month. I am going to learn how to paint since the pricing here would be around $4,000!

I will be asking allot of questions as I start this adventure.

Re: 1949 KB2 Build

As long as you have them on computer and have them at appropriate size, Just use the attach and browse buttons on the bottom of your post you are making. Takes a little experimenting to work for you. You should be able to "edit" your post for a time after it is made.

Re: 1949 KB2 Build

First follow Lloyd's for getting it on the page. I it wont post due to size you have to resize.
When posting go to the bottom and clic [add attachment] choose picture and click [add file] then scroll up a little and click [place inline].

To resize picture load it to a file on your computer..
open the file with the picture and right click the picture.
Then click [property]s. There you will see the picture size in m.b. or g.b. Write down that number. close the propertys box.
Right click your picture and click [open with] click [paint] most computers have paint
In paint you will see [resize] at the top. Change the percentage to 70% and click ok.
You have now cut the mb by 30%. Save the picture. Close paint and close all windows all the way back to the picture file. right click the picture again. check picture size. If its under 500mb it will post on the forum.
If its still to big repeat the resize again.
One more thing. When you in paint click [file] take your cursor down to [save as] dont click. You should get a list to the right. [save it as a jpeg picture. png has given me trouble

If its only 100 mb the pic.on the forum will be a small picture..
To get nice big pictures on the forum get it resized close to 500mb but under 500mb
To add some size back go back too [paint] with the picture and put 120 in the resize percentage box and save again.
After you resize a few pictures you will get a feel for how much to change the size.
Its a pain at first.
I get my high on heavy iron, the older and heavier the better I feel.
