You are definitely ahead of me. I need to get busy so we can have a tailgate party and show off our tailgates! lol I have some pretty cool ideas, if I can pull them off. Your truck is an inspiration for sure.

If the back is even half of what you did on the front it will be inspiring in it's own right. I know you'll pull it off.

Thanks for the support and motivation!

Macgiver and Captainbob, and or anyone who knows', are there body to frame mounts on the cab forward near the firewall? Mine is a Panel, and see the (4) bolts through the cargo area, but, are there any forward? Thank you!

Thanks captainBob! So the mounts are just at the angle of the toeboard? I ask, because prior to my purchase, mine had a Blazer/S10 front end grafted to the original chassis, so the original mounts are not present.

Ah, found them, the previous owned, used the same spot on the cab floor, and went down through the S10/Blazer frame with bolts, as there is no side mount like on the original frame.

Thanks again!

Re: My 1949 KB-1

My truck didn't have a rear bumper, and with the hassle of finding one , relocating license plate, cost, etc., probably won't get one. Not really thrilled with the "finish" of the back of the truck, I decided to try and clean up the rear, it needed a little something IMO.

Thanks guys. Can't take a whole lot of credit for the emblem. My buddy at Summit Welding did the work, I just did some detailing and bolted it up.

I don't want to copy you, but that tailgate looks killer. I was thinking about getting someone to do the International logo in cursive like maybe the 30's model emblems. Your truck looks great.
