Re: My 1949 KB-1

That's a show winner there , really first class ! I am sure that it will go down the road and run as good as it looks . I wish I had room for my dog in my truck , 115 lb german shepard , he kind of creeps over on to my lap when we are in my pick up and even if he would fit , he would get in the way of the shifting .

Re: My 1949 KB-1

Several months before I anticipated finishing the '49 my daughter commented how she thought it would be cool to use the truck in her upcoming wedding. Well, how could I not make that happen? It all worked out and I'd like to share some pic's of our special day. It was truly unforgettable.

Macgiver, you have much to be thankful for. Such a beautiful daughter and a great looking truck. Not only does your daughter take after her mom, but I believe she also has much of you in her. She cared enough of you to allow your truck to be a feature in her wedding! That says a lot for her feelings about you.

You are absolutely right. Given society today and how easy it is to make a wrong turn I can't describe how lucky I am to have two daughters who always make me proud. Thank you.

Wow!!! What a wonderful time for all of you!! Your beautiful daughter, on her wedding day - enjoying your freshly restored, incredible truck! It's special that it meant so much to her- that she wanted as part of the wedding. That must have made it all, especially , worth it! Congratulations! And prestigious award, too! Just Awesome!!!
