I have three K or KB's. The hood latches are roached on all of them and held shut with wire into the grill. I got it refurbished enough to stay closed, but now it's difficult to open.
Is there a finesse way to attach a "tie down" on these hoods?

Posted: Tue Jan 12, 2021 6:42 pmI like your design. Very nicely done. I'll bet that system could be fitted to a 1940 Ford. The OEM Ford system is complicated and unreliable. I have replaced all of the bits and pieces so I will likely stay with this for the foreseeable future. BUT......
