BD240 headbolt torque and sequence...

I'm hoping one of you gents might know or can tell me where I can find headbolt torque specs and tightening sequence for the BD240, i have a few manuals but none for my engine specifically, the diagram in my book is for a different engine with several more bolts. I know the inside to outward pattern generally but after so much effort doing everything as well as
i can I dont want to start guessing now. Thanks!

oops, discovered another detail I need, do you happen to have the valve clearance specs as well? And are you using a particular manual for this info that I could find at Binderbooks or someplace?
