These are the most beautiful trucks ever made, in my not so humble opinion. I like the style of the grill. There are a few of this model on this forum with outstanding builds being done on them.
Sadly, I'm too big to fit a K. Well, that is what MAGIHC MIKE says.
Those Chapter 38 guys do outstanding planning and execution on their shows.

I talked to the guy who owned the truck..... In his 70 ties my guess told him the things I'm having issues with, tail gate, headliner, trim, tires.... And he gave me a funny laugh and said that is why he bought this one cause it was already finished and all he had to do was drive it.... Very true. I did end up taking a lot of photos for reference and as time goes by I'll have some pictures to look at to help get things right...

It is nearly impossible to get 60 cents on a dollar back on the out-of-pocket cost to build a really well done old vehicle. These really well done trucks and cars are in the minority. Way too many persons with an idea, little or no clue about the logistics of a build, start off underfunded and the rattle-can-finish fails to get the respect. New paint does not cover up bad or no body work. Some of the new paint jobs look like the horror house of mirrors at the local fair.
