C series lower seat info?

I just finished replicating (with a minor change, sorry purists) the lower seat frame work for my C-30. Can any one share dimensions in seat thickness. I can guess pretty close at the back edge because it tucks under the bottom edge of the seat back. But is the seat level across the surface front to back or is there a slight wedge shape to it? What was the make up of the lower seat. I have the spring set for the seat back but the bottom is mostly a mystery. I'm figuring some sort of spring set, burlap, horse hair, cotton batten, and then upholstery. Thanks again for everyone's help.

Wondering if that is the same seat that was in the L, R, S?

The seat thickness in my C-1 with original seat springs is 8" in the front and 5.5" in the back including the padding and upholstery.

Re: C series lower seat info?

Thank you. Comparing your measurements with a picture of a C-30 from a 34 international that is blown apart and for sale on ebay. It appears that there is some front to back slope. I'll be posting up a complete write-up on the seat challenges I faced soon. Just in case someone is looking for information down the road.

Re: C series lower seat info?

Finally posted an update at wordpress on this build. Hopefully helpful to somebody someday. I'll do an update after the cover materials arrive and I get to stitching, stretching and stapling.

Re: C series lower seat info?

I could still use the dimensions of the bottom part of the seat and any pictures I have to recreate the whole seat so I also need the thickness of the back if someone would be so kind.
