Newbie here!

Hey guys I'm hoping all you guys can help out! I have a 36 harvester and the rear end has gone out on it.im looking for any info on replacement parts? I need a new ring and pinion set? This has been a journey finding parts on this 4 year build. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Would a set from 1937-40 D2 be the same? I have a ring gear and pinon out of a D2 that looks good.

I wouldn't know exactly, would have to have a few measurements to see if they matched up?

Re: Newbie here!

We've been through this, before...
The C and D and K all have different E Brake configurations.
1) Does your truck have hydraulic brakes/ is it stock?
2) If it has hydraulic brakes WHERE does the E Brake connect to? Trans or rear end?
3) if it has trans E Brake then any light duty C,D,K diff should work.
4) IHC had wide frames, so spring perches are further apart than Dodge, Chevy, Ford.
5) A great excuse for a more reasonable-ratio rear end swap?

A 36 what? I have an extra front and rear axle (complete) for a C-1 I'll never use.
