King-Seeley

I'm cleaning out the home garage. I've been a mechanic for 43 years. BOUND to run into stuff.
I found this late 1950s Chilton manual with the most extensive King Seeley explanations and diagnoses, ever.
You can thank me anytime you like. :)

Thanks MM,

What type of KS[*] gauges does the D series trucks use, bi-metal or resistance type.

Re: King-Seeley

The "bi-metallic" part is the "pulser" we speak of here. Cut open an old turn signal flasher unit and look to see what "bi-metallic" looks like.
The early IHC KS stuff is the "bi-metallic/ pulser" kind. Includes D series. The "bi-metallic/ pulser" is always in the sender in early IHC KS stuff.
