Deeply saddened zenith carburetor

So during the removal of the cab (1939 IHC D-15) from chassis, I didn't loosen the throttle cable enough, zenith 1 barrel:

Unfortunately the tag is not affixed to the carb and the round ID is scratched badly and I cannot make out the numbers. I look in my D-15 parts book and it lists a zenith model 23-AV-10 with an IHC part number of 73140 HA. But my green diamond (painted red??) shows the block as a GRD214. So I can assume its not an zenith model 24-AV-10 since that came with HD-213A engines only.

I've tried to look for a replacement body and bought this one of a Zenith 7143A 1 barrel:

But its definitely not the same and I can't locate a rebuild kit for it...

Any help, please!
