So far I have found most of the parts that I need except the cam. and I put this in the wrong place the first time Ooops.

This is a good place if you are going to post up pictures and your journey to restore this truck. These fellows on this thread are real good and should be able to help you in your journey!

Parts book says:
Camshaft front bearing (export only) standard 37173HA
" rear " " " " 37174HA
" 3rd " " " " 37175H
" 2nd " " " " 37176H

Camshaft front bearing .010 under 37180H
" rear " " " 37179HA
" 3rd " " " 37178H
" 2nd " " " 37177H

Scottso may be able to cross reference them or you might do a search, never know when new old stock will show up. I have no idea whats with the "export only" note. There are no other standard bearings listed. MM

Thanks Mike. I have lots of numbers for the original bearings in several brands. I have a wonderful access to old catalogs. I just didn't know if some of the later model engines shared bearings but different numbers. I have been told that the fab engine block didn't change much over the years. I don't know how true that is. But i was hoping that some of the later models might fit and work.

You might try Northwestern Auto Supply in Grand Rapids, MI. I have ordered IHC parts from them. They have a large selection of parts for older vehicles. Ph: 616-241-5611.
