Posted: Sat Dec 14, 2013 11:05 pmThat is pretty cool!! I would imagine that a form/mold is set up around the wheel and then liquid rubber poured into the mold and allowed to cool and harden?

I will double check but 99% sure that these were wrapped using a thin layer or uncured rubber until the correct thickness then the we're cured in an autoclave.
