Do C-1 rear panel and pickup fenders have same dimensions?

Hi all. I realize there would be different mounting holes but are the overall dimensions the same on C-1 panel and pickup rear fenders?

I can't say for sure but usually panel and pickup rear fenders DON'T interchange, same bolt holes or not.
