help need a rim

I had dropped off my 4 new tires tubes and flaps to be mounted on my old dayton rims and the tire shop was not able to get one rim to snap back into the proper position. Seems as if the rim may have been damaged at some point in the past. Might anyone have a 20 inch dayton rim that would fit a 36 vintage c30? This is the type of wheel that has a split across the width of the rim and a solid locking ring to hold the tire on.
