Doesn't look at all like my D2 sender... mine has an exposed bi-metal spring attached to the float level arm.
The mounting flange does have six (6) mounting holes but looks totally different, has no part number or manuf markings what-so-ever, but does has a DOT embossed on the flange indicating (assumption) the direction of the float arm...

doesn't mean it is the correct unit tho...
