Vintage IHC ?

Saw this old IHC on another site ( UK ) and no one seems to know model or year ? Certainly the oldest IHC I've ever seen ? The site lists many details about International vehicles as well . The website is

International made high wheel vehicles from 1907 to 1916. The one in the picture is a 1912 or 13 water cooled model MW.
They were made in Akron Ohio and had a 2 cylinder opposed engine of about 20 hp. They had a 2 speed transmission with reverse and shift lever was also the hand clutch.
