1938 D2 Headliner

Hey guys, I did a search but was unable to find the answer to my question - we're putting the headliner in the truck now, ('38 D2), does it matter if the side pieces or the center part go in first? The headliner did not come with any instructions, does anyone have any tips? It looks relatively self explanatory, however the clip plug things look like they're one time use only and we'd prefer to avoid damaging anything. Thanks!

Buy and use CLECOS Clecos are a removable and reusable fastener. They are very popular in airframe construction.
Clecos are available in different hole sizes. I have them and use them often for fitting panels and other temporary holding situations.

Thank you - that's a great idea. I've used them in the past but didn't think to use them in this application.

I found them on sale and I bought a bunch. I like the little Cleco spring clamps also. Another source is AIRPLANE SPRUCE.
Shop around. The prices vary a lot.
