38 D2 pinon seal remove

having trouble removing pinon seal and need a new one

Hi,

I don't remember having any issues removing the pinion seal on My D2 but that was about 7 years ago, I believe it was the old felt type seal and was leaking badly. This is the SKF part number I used.

You can use the following tool (got it from the old site) to figure out the correct seal, works great, I used to get the axle & pinion seals for My D2 when I restored it.
