I have a question about the turn signals and brake lights.

This truck only has headlights, what system would be recommended to install for turn signals, tail lights and brake lights? I don’t want it to look ridiculous.

This is what I did on my SL-34

Firstly for the indicators I installed a universal indicator stalk with the little light in the end of it you also need to wire in a flasher can.


For the Brake switch I just put one down on the arms under the floor its a spring operated switch



For the lights we used the arrow type mounted on the front guard and made up a box to fit the rear lights into also put a couple of small spot lights on the front which we use as running lights when we are out and about.

Only thing is you will need to changed the globes to 6 volt. Unless your truck has been changed to 12 volt

Thanks for the leads, the pricing isnt too bad in comparison to others units I have looked at.

I finally received the truck today, started right away and drove it off the closed transport.
I let it run for a while and shut it off, I then tried to restart it but the battery was low.
The battery is brand new, I put it in when I was in Saskatchewan with a disconnect switch. It had lots of power to start it to get it out of the transport. Any idea to what and where I should start looking? Unlike today’s vehicles, I can’t just purchase and swap parts.
