Snowman, I don't know positively but don't think that not having the extra width on the shoe at the brake anchor end will effect any thing. It looks more like an engineering trial to eliminate a problem of wear at the brake anchor. I know of many a truck that doesn't have it reinforced. Possibly might want a shorter anchor pin, but I can't see that it would make any difference. MM

Thanks to everyone for your help. Here are the parts that we have found and are trying:
-Wheel Cylinders Wagner F14497 or Raybestos WC14497.

-Inner Wheel Bearing Timken 14130
-Inner bearing race 14274

-Outer bearing race 09194
-Grease Seals CR-17557 or National 472179
-Brake Springs use part of kit HW7139
-Brake Adjuster Springs HW402
-Small Spring on rear shoe Misc options. Parts of H711 kit is what we are trying first.
-Brake Shoes NAPA TS-30 but adjuster spring holes are lower. We will try them.
-Adjuster bolt H1500. Needed since the shoe is wider at adjuster mount.

So far, everything is working good. About 55-60 miles so far. The shoes are a little hard to adjust with the adjuster spring now being under the adjuster, but it can be done.
Thanks,
-Snowman.
