Very cool diagram. Looks like the pulley bolts to the rear(!). Not something I see everyday. I can see where the puller attaches to the front. Blank bolt holes.
Sooo, first question is: does this picture look like what you have?
I can't see how the pulley can come off on the ground unless it takes a piece of the dampner with it.

This diagram does look like what I have. The damper on mine was not bolted on. It had a bead of silicon around the front of the damper where it fit into the fan pulley. I will need to look at the damper a little closer and see if I can see if and where the bolts line up. It did not look like anything broke and the threads on the damper if they had ever been users it has been along time. I think that the silicon was OK but the truck has been sitting for 8-10 years and it just gave up when the truck ran for 10 minutes or so. Not really anything that I could do as the truck was running when parked and that would have been the last thing that you would think would fall off. I will let you know what I find on that. The online manuals are great for operations and parts breakdown. I have not looked for or found a service manual but not may not need it in the short term.
