If any parts you take off and not use, please keep in mind someone else might need them.

The D's use a taper pin to lock the kingpin in position... clean the axle real good to find the head of the pin...
the pin's location is centered on the axle boss... it will drive out, front to rear... it can be difficult to locate
if looking at the backside of the axle because the head of the pin fills the hole in the axle... look on the
front of the axle and you should find it.... probably filled with grease...

drive out the pin, front to rear.... a center punch works fine..
drive the kingpin out, top to bottom... I used a .625 rod to get it started, the an air chisel to complete
don't worry about the dust caps, new ones are supplied with the kingpins...

should take all of about 5 minutes to remove

If you have part numbers for those, and they are not in the Parts listing area, would you mind posting them up?
Thank you,

Now I hope i can figure out a brake setup, whether i have to have a machine shop turn the spindles down to match a application or i can buy a rotor to fit.. thanks again!!

I'm usually installing kingpins wih backing plates on. In your case easiest is from top down.
Let us know how the disc brake modification goes and what parts fit.
