Very interesting way to fit a starter and generator.

Ring gear fitted and starter up in the top right hand corner.

Generator down the bottom

My 1920 starts very easily and cranking the old truck is half the fun. Jim

I see you can get a ring gear about the size of the flywheel and machine the flywheel to fit.
Here some ring gear dimensions:

While I agree that hand cranking it is a lot of fun, the parades I have been in don't give us enough warning in the staging area to when they are actually going to start moving. Would be great to have an electric option for those hurry up lets go, your holding up the show times. MM

150 Grand!! wow! And I thought you guys were a little nutty for getting all excited about rolling chassis and such. Guess I'll be keeping my eyes peeled.

Ohioboy

They stopped making these things a long time ago and not to many complete ones surviving worldwide.
I think this price is out there and think the seller is looking for a genuine bidder.

That is the hand operated throttle and spark adjustment (advance/retard) you need to adjust these when starting.
