New Front Bumper for 1937 IHC D-2

Anyone know where I could find a new front bumper for my 1937 IHC D-2? The one I have is painted and does not look all that straight. Thought I would try and see if anyone knows. Thanks.

you might try to get it straightened at a bumper rechrome shop. My front bumper on my KB1 was bent and the outfit I used straightened it out perfect and did a fantastic chrome job. I would image if you wanted to keep it painted they might do just the straightening.

^^^that's probably best advice, ^^^^to find a perfect bumper is next to impossible and likely very spendy, if yours is slightly bent a bumper company can fix it easily, they are always at the auto swaps I go to, you can find a local one online,

you MAY find a perfect one for a good deal too though, there was a nice one on ePay a while back, don't think I saved the link though.

but as far as I know, no one is making reproductions ones,,,,,yet.

Ok. Thanks for that advice. I will go that route then. I know most parts for this truck are hard to find, but I am very much determined to get it back to as close to original condition.
