ID this heater?

I bought this at a auto swapmeet last week, I'm familiar with K, L, R, S, and newer heaters,

anyone know what model this goes to?

Sorry, never seen one like it. Could it be from the ag side? Looks kinda like the barn door heater from the back, but without the defroster blower wheel.

Re: ID this heater?

Does it have any other name on it like Arvin? In the early 1930s a lot of heaters were made by Arvin tire pump and heater company. It might be a heater for a early 30's cab and chassis made by another company but with a Int. plate on it. The logo is close the the early 30's style. But the circle around the logo is a little different. The badge almost looks like a after thought. It looks like it would fit and pipe right in to my 1933. But to me and I am no expert looks like someone wanted it to look like a International heater but came from some where else.

since I first posted I saw another one listed on ePay that had the same logo, so I think it came that way, the one on ePay was missing a lot of parts, they said it was for a late 30s IHC?

Re: ID this heater?

There is a 1930 Chrysler heater on Epay too looks just like your heater just the front shroud and chrome is different. But the back fan and bolts are a spot on match. It is a great find. I would have loved to find one my self. I wish I could have found the other one on line. Too late.

These old heaters make a good place to hide a radio speaker.
