D2 bushing removal

I just got new springs in the mail. They came with new bushings but I still need to replace the ones attached to the frame. I've never done this before and was looking for some advice on the easiest/best way to do this. A Google search suggested a C-clamp , a cup and a bolt. Any suggestions on this?

Re: D2 bushing removal

Well I tried the c-clamp and was able to remove one bushing. I used a cheap c-clamp from ace hardware and it is now bent. I'll have to get a better one for the other bushings.
